Andy could walk freely without disturbance on London streets

When Andy Lau was location shooting in Barcelona in 1992 and was touched by the Paralympic Games, ever since, he would pay from his own pockets to every Paralympic Games to show his support. Other than witnessing So Wa Wai winning a silver medal, he also spend some time shopping on the London streets.

Last Tuesday, he jet off to the London 2012 Paralympic Games to show his support. When he arrived at the Paralympic Games village last Tuesday afternoon, however there was no arrangement for him to go in to watch the competition, thus he decided to window shopping on the streets of London. He posted several photographs on his website to share with his fans.

Enjoying high popularity in Chinese showbiz as he will catch people’s attention if he were to appear on the streets, however he wasn’t recognized on the streets of London and got to enjoy the carefree and freedom feeling. He even went to the bus stop, when discover that nobody looking at him, he even wrote in his website of that photo: “Nobody looking at me at the bus stop, I’m invisible to them?”

Wearing a checker shirt, jeans with sports shoe, carrying a haversack, his causal dressing resemble of his his Roger character’s dressing in A Simple Life. In the busy street, people were walking around, but nobody took a look at him, this sort of situation would never happen if he was in an Asian country because his heavenly king status would attract the citizen and media which allow him to enjoy some private time as he happily said: “Hardly the chance for me to walk on a busy street.”

He also went to strike a few poses at the stadium that the late Michael Jackson supposed to hold his 50 nights concerts. Although the concert was eventually cancelled, but there was a MJ Monument outside the stadium, Andy walked near and pay his respect to the late superstar!

On his website, Andy only made a post titled “My trip in London part 1″, thus he still have a lot of photographs to share with his fans.
