Debut CD of Chiefs Band came out on May 31, 2012. Work on the disc has continued for about a year. The album Jazz Pirates includes 9 tracks: 6 vocal and 3 instrumental. Alexander Myshkevich and Chiefs Band are authors of most of the songs. The album includes also track of the Swedish musician Nils Landgren (Anytime, Anywhere) for which Chiefs Band made its own arrangement. This song is dedicated to the wife of trombonist Andrew Alpher who passed away. Group leader Alexander Myshkevich says: "If anyone buying or downloading our record will think that it is traditional jazz, we are warned - this is not the case, this is not an intellectual jazz, this is jazz mat! Because we call ourselves jazz funk hooligans! "
