Toronto has announced the signing of a contract with quarterback John Lucas III, according to the American press. The Club's financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In the last season, Lucas played for Chicago, scoring 7.5 points, as well as giving 2.2 transfer per game, spending on 14.4 minutes.
